Recently I've been listening to a lot of Tokio Hotel and trying to keep up with them. I've only actually just recently even been into them (as of a couple months). Usually I either just like a band or whatever but well....Tokio Hotel is pretty awesome.
Where was I when they were starting to hit big?
Well I was being rebellious.
Let me explain. All the people I wanted to hang around had gone on this whole anti-emo kick and well. The Emo kids listened to Tokio Hotel *facepalm*
Later on my best friend sent me a link to a picture of them and I was all like,"Wow, Freaky emo kids theses days *facepalm*"
So years later I'm sitting here on the computer googling something about twins and tharrr she blows! I started looking at some music videos and one thing led to another. Now I've been on this whole Tokio Hotel kick. That's that story.
So now I'm listening to the Album I just bought. I haven't payed for music since I was starting in middle school! The only reason I even purchased the album is because I wanted VIP access to the site *FACEPALM!!* WTF I don't even usually go crazy over music but here I am acting like some Teenage Girl over this band.
Okay enough trying to justify my obsession. They are a really cool band. Props for being unique and even more for all the fan service. The Way they cater to the fans is incredible. Of course they have millions of fans who absolutely freak over every little thing. I can't wait to see what they pull off next but I can see why they took a break from all the heavy Touring.
Anyway, You should consider looking them up. Give em a chance before they get as old as the friggin Rollin' Stones!!
