A touching moment found in boredom

I found this out in a very strange way. I'm bringing my geekdom to a whole new level as I say this but keep in mind there are other stranger ways to find something out that you realize is important. So, I was Watching the ending of Saiyuki and there is this moment where Hakkai and Gojyo are sitting in the jeep while the stars are out and they are talking after a very intense and emotional battle. Hakkai points out the fact that Gajyo is not sleeping and in return Gojyo remarks about how nice the stars are (cute right? :) Well Hakkai tells Gojyo that he has just seen his first ever shooting star. Gojyo groans and asks him to please not be cheesy and make a wish. they laugh for a sec and then. Hakkai says "But to be honest, I envey those who can insantly come up with a wish. I cant think of a single thing I am yearning for." Just as Hakkai says this Sanzo wakes up and opens his eyes and listens. In a bit of a small wonder Gojyo of all people says the most profound thing. "Well, That's, You know...." Sanzo looks at Gojyo seriously as Hakkai puts his head on the dash board. Gojyo finishes with "Because you probably got everything you want already." The reaction in Hakkai's face was almost as amazed as mine. his eyes went wide immediately then his face melted into a smile. Sanzo actually smiles and my face goes bright. Not because of a character's smile but from a characters words.(Goku is asleep during all of this.) The thing that is so special about all of this is that these are four guys who have nothing but eachother's friendship and a journey that they are on. Thyey have basically nothing they have lost countless loves and homes in their lives but there is nothing that they could possibly want in this world. BRAVO people!!! Amazing. Think about that! There are much more touching and insperational moments in the series also with plenty of funny moments fool of inuendo's and name calling. But in the end it is amzing.

I am a huge geek for finding something like that in an anime but it's the writer that I am in love with. ou can find moments like this in real life if you look hard enough. This a long and strange note but If you actually read all of it hopefully you know what I mean. Find peace in a stranger's smile and you will probably find your own genuine smile.
